A Plus Nasi Lemak House At Setapak

Nasi Lemak consider is the national food in Malaysia and it also a all-time food. It not only a main meal for lunch or dinner, it also can be breakfast or supper for the Malaysian.
Last few day i saw in FB somebody sharing The A Plus Nasi Lemak House in my neighborhood area. It look like delicious and special. So my colleagues just ask go and try it out. 
When you open their menu, you can notice they not only have Nasi Lemak, they also have some others Asian food in the house.

Burger Bakar At Section 2 Wangsa Maju

Quite some time didn't come over Wangsa Maju Section 2 to have supper. Today let's enjoy the Burger Bakar Kaw Kaw here. I remember last few year the burger bakar store were so famous in Malaysia. Even the news paper also come out the news.This Burger Bakar Kaw Kaw is part of it and have to queue up for order. 
It seems like last time also, there have a lot of people come over visit the store and the taste still remain the same. But the bread they have change the supplier, it look like more nice than last time.
Tonight i'm the Chzynizer, this include 2 slice of cheese , meat and with the cheesy sauce. Even is a road size burger shop, but the taste is better than the restaurant. Is really worst to have it.

Fatt Kee Roast Fish 發記招牌特色烤鱼 at Pudu

Today have a small gathering with my secondary schoolmate. Really long time didn't come out have fun and chit-chat chit-chat. We choose the Fatt Kee Roast Fish as our gathering venue. This restaurant was so famous, there have a lot FB sharing , blogs and some web sharing this restaurant. Even though my brother also try to cook at home. 
We order the basic pot with the roast fish head. There have many option for the soup, from non spicy until super super spicy . We tried the half little spicy. The soup taste really nice , i like it. But one of them still consider spicy .  
Besides that, it also a bit like steamboat type. You can add on the side order cook together with it. So one pot of this, we can take long time to finished it.

Beer Clam Spaghetti

During Chinese New Year, i bought a small pack frozen clam from supermarket. I was thinking want to cook Chinese Clam Soup. End up also don't have time to cook it.
Tonight i use it to cook spaghetti
Ingredient :
- Clam
- Spaghetti
- Garlic (Minced)
- Chili
- Green Onion
- Ginger (Minced) 
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Can Beer

Instruction:
- Boiled the water and add in a 1tsp salt to cook spaghetti. After cook put aside.
- Add some oil to the pan and fried the Garlic,ginger & Chili
- Add in the Clam fried together.
- After the Clam fully open add in the spaghetti fried together.
- Last add in the 2/3 beer in the spaghetti and cover the liq cook about few minute.
- Taste it and add in some salt & pepper cook a while and add in the green onion then can be served.
