Lemongrass Chicken & Fried Egg with Tomato Salty Egg

I like to get some cooking idea from the YOUTUBE which people sharing. For me it really better than i have a recipe book . Sometime the measurement of the recipe book a bit different from the actual. Maybe i like the show class way. 

Today i cook this Lemongrass Chicken and the Fried Egg with tomato salty egg . This 2 dish a bit like Vietnamese style. 

Lemongrass Chicken
Ingredient: 
- 2 boneless drumstick 
- 2 stalk Lemongrass (using only bottom white part) 
- 4 Cloves garlic
- 2 Thai chili
- 1 Shallot 

For the Sauce
- 2 Tbs. Fish sauce
- 2 Tbs. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp. Black pepper

Instruction:
- Fine chop the lemongrass, garlic, chili and slide the shallot and mix it together and put aside.
- Mix the sauce ingredient and put aside. 
- Heat the pan and start grill the chicken. Remember cook the chicken skin part first. 
  So you no need put a lot of oil to cook it. 
- After the chicken cooked, take out some oil from the pan and add in the lemongrass mixture and fry.
- When the lemongrass mixture fried until the smile come out add in the sauce and keep fried.
- After the sauce assorted then can be serve.  

Fried Egg with Tomato Salty Egg
Ingredient: 
- 1 Salty Egg
- Tomato
- 4 Egg
- Shallot
- Green Onion
- Fish sauce

Instruction:
- First boil a water cook the salty egg.
- Crack the egg and add in fish sauce and mix it
- After the salty egg cooked, slide it. 
- Heat the pan fried tomato and shallot.  after add in the egg mixture and the slide salty egg.
- After the egg cook well then can be serve.

Darling Birthday at The Majestic Hotel Contango

Celebration time. Today we celebrated my best friend birthday at The Majestic Hotel Contango. This was recommend by few friends. Before that, we also tried the high tea buffet during the last year Chinese New Year time. That's great too. 
The environment of Contango was nice and the food which they serve also quality.They have many ranges like Western , Chinese , Japaneses , Malay , Thai & ect. While the food been finished , the staff will keep replace and replace on it. 
Maybe i like to have Japanese food, the first dish i took was Japaneses food. The sashimi of them was fresh and they cut it in front of you . 
The Pizza base was crusts and thin also .After eat you would not feel greasy.
The pasta concept is good. The guests took how much portion they like and ask the chef cook it for you. So it also can sure there no wasted at all . 
If you come here, you must try their roasted lamb . It really really nice. You also can choose which part you like to eat and ask the chef cut it for you. 
There have 2 section of coffee and tea bar. 1 section is the auto coffee machine and others is somebody make it for you . I prefer the make one, so i willing to queue for it

The dessert bar also will let you headache. You was no idea what dessert you like. You just feel like "Can i have all" haha..Of course if you have all i think you have to spend a lot time to burn fat.

Since they have dessert bar, we make birthday ice cream cake from there. We ask the staff take a few scoop of ice cream and we add on the topping to make the birthday dessert for my darling.
