Onion Pork Rib 洋葱排骨

Onion Pork Rib is so easy dish to cook and the taste so nice. Let's see what we have to prepared. 

Ingredient :
- 500g Pork Rib 
- 1pcs Ginger, slice it 
- 4 glove Garlic, slice it 

Marinated :
- 2tps Thick Soy sauce
- 3tsp cooking wine
- 1tsp pepper
- 1tsp sugar
- 1/2tsp salt
- 2tsp Cornflour

Seasoning:
- 2tbsp cooking wine
- 2tbsp hot water
- 3tps Thick Soy sauce
- 3tps Oyster sauce
- 3tps Soy Sauce
- 2tps sugar
- 1tsp pepper

Instruction : 
- Marinated the pork rib and put in fridge about 2 to 4 hour.
- Add some oil and start cook the Pork rib and cook until the rib skin little bit turning colour.
- Add the ginger & garlic and keep fried, then only add in the onion.
- After a while add in the seasoning ingredient and keep fried .
- Turn to small fire keep cook about 10 to 15min.
- Then put the spin onion on top then can be served.
