Classic French Mushroom Soup

Mushroom soup is a good started before your start to have your main course. In the market there have a lot of instant mushroom packs, taste is good but for me still prefer to have home cook one. Because that more tasty and you can add in more mushroom.
The one I cook is so simple and easy, important is this soup just took you 30min to ready.

(This can serve 2 pax)
Ingredient :
- 25g Butter
- 25g All Purpose Flour
- 120g Cremini Mushroom thinly sliced     
- 25 ml full cream milk
- ½ medium sizes Onion (minced)
- 5 glove garlic (fine chopped)
- 400 ml Water
- 1 pcs Bay Leaf
- Salt and pepper

Instruction :
-Add in some olive oil to enough cook the mushroom, let it cook until the mushroom turn 
  to golden yellow.
- Add in the minced onion and the garlic cook well and can take off from the fire put aside.
- Heat another pan and add in the butter, let it melted.
- Slowly add in the flour and keep stir it.
- Slowly add in the water and keep stirring, also add in the full cream milk as well.
- Add in the bay leaf cook together.
- After a while add in the cooked mushroom into the cream mixture
- Cook about 5 to 7 mins, add the salt and pepper for seasoning.
- Mix it well and take out the bay leaf and get ready to serve.
   (If you have the whipping cream, you also can add it the whipping cream to let it creamier)
