Recently really gain a lot of weight. It not good for my health also. I have to start back my clean meal and have to lose more weight before end of this year.
The below which i had it during last week.My friend told me ,it look colorful. I prefer to have a lot color type of vegetables on my salad. Then i only have appetite to continues my plan.
