Pasta Imbakbaka - Libyan Chicken Pasta

Imbakbaka is a most quintessential Libyan meal. It so simple to cook and so delicious. Let's see what we have to prepared.

Ingredient :
- 1 Brown Onion (diced)
- 3 gloves Garlic (Fine chop)
- 2 pcs Chicken drumstick
- Parsley (chop it)
- 1 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- Small can Tomatoes Paste
- Water
- Penne Pasta


Instruction
- Heat up the wok with oil, then add in the brown onion.
- Add in chicken drumstick and keep stir then following by garlic and keep stir
- Add in Paprika , Turmeric, Salt and pepper powder and mix it well. 
- After add in 2/3 can Tomatoes Paste and stir it will.
- Pour water to cover the chicken and let it boil about 30min.
- Taste it, if the taste not enough, add in 1/3 can tomatoes paste and continues cook
- Add in Parsley cook another 1 to 2 min, then can add in the Penne Pasta and cook until the pasta 
  soft enough. 
- Then the pasta Imbakbaka can be serve.
