Turkish Chicken Kebab

Kebabs are various cooked meat dishes, with their origins in Middle Eastern cuisine.It also popular around Asia. There have many recipe for the kebab. We can use ground meat or cube size like seafood, mutton, chicken or beef. Some people also like add some vegetable together. We can cooked on fire, on oven or on grill also okay.

Let's see what have to prepared.

Ingredient : 
- 1 big onion 
- 4 glove of garlic
- 100g ginger
- Fresh coriander
- 400g ground chicken meat
- 2tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 3 tsp cumin



Instruction : 
- Add garlic, onion , coriander and ginger in cube.Then add all into the grinder and minced.
- Add the minced ingredient and spices into the ground meat and mix well
- Let it marinated about 1 hour.
- Paste the meat on to skewer stick or kebab skewers 
- Heat the grilled pan then start cook.



After cooked, you also can grill some vegetable which you like and match together with the wrap or pitta. Besides that, i also mix some sauce . I use mayonnaise, garlic powder and lemon juice to mix the sauce. It really tasty.
