Taiwanese Minced Pork Rice(台湾卤肉饭)

Minced pork rice is a Chinese rice dish famous in Taiwan. It is a ground pork marinated and boiled in soy sauce, then served with hot steam rice. Some of the people also add in cooked egg boil together as well. It really so delicious and you may to have second boil of rice. Let's see what ingredient have to prepared.

Ingredient :
- 400g Pork Belly 
- 6tbs Soy Sauce 
- 2pcs Red Onion
- 5glove Garlic
- 1pcs Star Anise
- 2 tbsb small rock sugar
- 2pcs Egg
- 3tsp pepper
- 1tbsp black soy sauce
- Water
- Pak Choi

Instruction :
- Boil the egg and put aside .
- Cut the pork belly into small pieces, minced the garlic and slice the red onion.
- Heat the wok add in pork belly and cook until the pork belly oil come out. 
- Add in the slice red onion cook together until onion turn color. 
- Then add in minced garlic and keep stir. 
- Add in small rock sugar stir together. The rock sugar will let the pork belly turn in brown colour.
- Slowly add in soy sauce from the edge of wok, then add in the star anise and pepper and black soy 
   sauce and keep stir. 
- Add in the water and let in boil and turn in to small fire simmer about 30min.
- Take out eggshell and add the eggs into the wok and cook another 30min .
- Use another wok boil some water and add in oil to cook the pak choi then put aside.
- After 30min,will notice the sauce of minced pork getting thicker.Then can be served.
