Last weekend second brother bring back a bottle Chinese Yellow Wine Rice and prepared to cook a Hotpot for the prawn and scallop. Chinese Yellow Wine rice is a type of Chinese alcoholic beverage and it not less than 20 % alcohol. Most the Chinese women will have it during the confinement time.
Most the time they will cook together with the Village Chicken and Bentong Ginger.
This hotpot really simple and easy to prepare, just within 15mins the dish can be ready .
Ingredient :
- 3pcs U3 Big Prawn
- 5pcs Canada Scallop
- 10glove Garlic
- 50g Ginger
- 2pcs Chili Padi
- 450ml Chinese Yellow Wine Rice Prawn
Instruction :
- Clean the prawn and Scallop and cut them in half.
- Slice the garlic, cut the Chili Padi and cut the ginger in strips.
- Arrange the prawn, scallop, garlic, chili padi and ginger in the pot
- Pour the Chinese Yellow Wine Rice Prawn enough cover all the ingredient or if you like to have
more soup, you can adjusted yourself.
- Cover with liq and cook about 7 min, then can be served.
