Cantonese Sizzling Chicken Clay Pot is a traditional local dish in Guang Dong Province. It also very easy to cook and delicious. When you pronounce this dish in Chinese , you will feel funny .
Ingredient :
- 4pcs drumstick (cut in small cube)
- 1pcs small capsicum (cut in cube)
- 1pcs small ginger (slide it)
- 6 to 8 glove garlic
- 1 pcs red Chili (slide it )
- 2 tsp ShaoXing Wine
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/3 beaten egg
- 2 tsp corn flour
- 1 cup water
Instruction :
- Start marinate the chicken, use a big bowl add in drumstick,oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and
beaten egg, then mix it well. Then follow by shaoxing Wine and the corn flour and mix it well
- Heat a pan with small amount oil, add in the marinated chicken and keep stir fried.
- Add in glove garlic and ginger and fried until the aroma out.
- Add a cup water and cover by liq cook until the sauce be less.
- Open liq and add in red chicle and capsicum ,fried 2 min.
- Heat the Clay Pot, transfer all the ingredient into clay pot and cook another 1 min.
- Garnish by Chop Spring Onion then can be serve.
