Lala Meehoon Soup 啦啦米粉汤(Less Spicy)

I believe a lot people like to eat Lala Meehoon Soup,especially after rain. Let's see what ingredient have to prepare . (i skip some ingredient)

Ingredient :
- 30g Ginger
- Spring Onion
- Garlic
- 1 pack Lala (Clam)
- Mee Hoon
- Stock
- Prawn
- 2tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1/4 cup shaoXing Wine
- 1tbsp soya sauce
- pinch of salt
- pinch of sugar
- Pepper

Instruction :
- Slice the ginger, spring onion and garlic. Also chop some spring onion for garnish.
- Add some water into pot and blanch the meehoon, after the meehoon soften and pour out ,put aside.
- Heat a pant , add the sesame oil . Then add in the ginger and fry until fragrant.
- After the ginger turn brown, add in the spring onion and garlic.
- Add in the stock and let it boil. Then add in Clam .
- Add in ShaoXing Wine, soya sauce, salt and sugar 
- Lightly stir the soup , then add in the pepper.
- Pour the lala soup into the divide meehoon and add the some spring onion then can be served.
