Hot Sour Pickled Seafood Pot

Recently my family members ,included me like to buy seafood thru FB live. My brother recommended a page called  虾王Umance, he sell all the frozen seafood. Prices is reasonable , some more include delivery in between K.L and Selangor. Even though all the seafood are frozen, but the taste still good. 

Ingredient :
- Stock soup 
- 4pcs Tomato
- 1pack Enoki Mushroom
- 1pack White Shimeji
- 1pack Pickled Cabbage
- 10 glove Garlic (slide it)
- Spring Onion
- Coriander
- Fine chop chili
- Chili oil
- Chile flakes
- Steamboat pack
- Seafood 

Instruction:
- Ready to stock soup , you can use packing one or you cook it by yourself
- Clean all the seafood and put aside.
- Cut the tomato in cube size and arrange the Enoki Mushroom, White Shimeji and steamboat pack 
  into the big stainless steel plate or steamboat pot. 
- Heat a wok and fried the Pickled Cabbage and garlic. It will be more tasty .
- Add the fried ingredient on top of arrangement plate. 
- Put the arrangement plate on the portable gas stove , add in the stock and start to boil it.
- After boil, add in Spring Onion,Coriander,Fine chop chili,Chili oil and Chile flakes and mix well 
  with the soup
- Can slowly add in the seafood and others steamboat food

Cut the U3 Prawn in 2 , it look great.
