Steamed Octopus with Chili Garlic Lime

For octopus i prefer steamed or grilled. It will be more nice and juicy. I use the Thai recipe to cook it. The Lime sauce can make the octopus more tasty

Ingredient :
- 1 small pack octopus
- 2 pcs chili padi (Fine chop)
- 2 glove slice garlic
- 2 glove fine chop garlic
- 2 pcs lime and Squeeze it
- 4 tbsp fish sauce 
- 2 tps sugar

Instruction:
- Clean the octopus and arrange on the steam plate. Then add in slice garlic on top of octopus .
- Boil the water can add in the octopus steam about 4min
- Take a small bowl add in the sugar, fish sauce , fine chop garlic,fine chop chili padi and mix well
- After 4 min steamed, pour out the water which in octopus steam plate and pour in the sauce mixture
  and steam another 3min, then can be served.
