Ingredient :
- 1 cup Masoor Dal
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tps cumin seed
- 1/2 tps turmeric
- 1/2 tps salt
- 1/2 tps garam masala
- 1/2 pcs tomato
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 pcs drumstick
- some corn , carrot and capsicum
Instruction :
- Wash and drain the dal a couple of times to wash off excess dust and dirt
- Add dal into pot then follow by water and chicken stock and use middle high heat.
- Add in the cumin seeds, garam masala and turmeric.
- Then add in salt and the butter.
- Once the soup boiling and all in others ingredient and continues boil.
- Cover the liq with lower heat to simmer the soup.
- After 10 to 15 min stir it and taste it and you can add in some water to thin the soup.
- Then can be served.
