Steamed pork patty with salted fish is a simple and delicious Chinese dish. It also company my childhood life. My grandmom and my mom also like to cook for us.
Ingredient :
- 250g Pork Mince
- small cube Ginger (Cut into thin strips)
- 1/4pcs Salted fish (Diced)
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp ShaoXing Wine
- 2 tsp corn flour
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Some spring onion
Instruction :
- Heat a pan and half cook the salted fish, then diced it.
- Combine the mince meat and diced salted fish.
- Add in half portion strips ginger, soy sauce, shaoxing wine, corn flour, sesame oil and pepper.
- Mix all the combination well then paste it flat on the plate and add the balance strips ginger on top.
- Steam it 15min on medium high heat
- Garnish with spring onion and can be served.
