Chinese Hot and Sour Soup 酸辣湯

Just spend less than 30 min, you can enjoy a delicious Chinese Hot and Sour Soup (酸辣湯) at home. Have a bowl of hearty, spicy, sour broth during raining day , it really amazing.

Ingredient : 
- 1 pcs Auricularia auricula-judae (Wood Ear 黑木耳)
- 1 pcs Carrot
- 250g Chicken breast 
- 1 box Smoothed Tofu
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp Vinegar
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp ground white pepper
- 1 pcs Egg
- water

Marinate Chicken :  
- 2 tsp corn flour 
- Pinch salt and Peper Powder
- 1 tsp Sesame oil

Instruction :
- If you use the dry Wood Ear (黑木耳), you have to boil into water and let it be soft .
- Wash the chicken breast and slide into strips , then add in the salt, pepper,  sesame oil and corn 
   flour mix it well and out aside.
- Slide the Wood Ear, Carrot and Tofu in strips. 
- Heat a pan with oil, add in the strips chicken breast and fried. 
- Following by strips carrot then only wood ear.
- Let the ingredient fried and turn colour, then add in the soy sauce from the pan edge and mix it well
- Add in enough water to cover all the mixture then let it boil
- While waiting boiling , take another small bowl to make starch (corn flour and water and mix well)
- Open the liq,add in the vinegar ground white pepper , then slowly add in the starch and mix it well.
- Add in smooth tofu, and use back of the spoon to stir it well.
- Beaten the egg and slowly add in to mixture 
- After 2 min then can be served.
