Blueberry Cheese Tart

By the time i'm waiting for the 'Salted Egg Yolk Chinese Bun" dough raise up. I also doing the Blueberry Cheese Tart in the same time. There have to prepared 2 part ingredient, one for the tart shell and other for the cheese filling.

Tart Shell Ingredient ( 15pcs):
- 100g Butter
- 45g Brown Sugar
- 1psc Egg
- 200g Multipurpose Flour

Tart Shell Instruction : 
- Let the butter melt in room temperature then add in brown sugar and mix it well
- Add in egg at the mixture and mix it well
- Last add in the flour continues mix it well
- Put the tart dough in the plastic bag and press it nicely in square and put in fridge 30 mins.
- After that, make the tart dough in 30g each and press it in to tart mold .
- Cut out the extra dough from the mold and use the toothpick poke some hole.
- Put on the baking tray and bake 15 min to 20 min with 180 °.
- After baked put aside let it cold then only remove from mold.

Blueberry Cheese Filling Ingredient :
- 200g Cheese Cream
- 15g Butter
- 1psc Egg
- 45g Caster Sugar
- Some amount blueberry jam or paste

Blueberry Cheese Instruction : 
- Add cheese cream ,melted butter and the sugar in a bowl and use mixer mix it well
- Add in the egg into cheese cream mixture and continues mix it well
- Take 2 disposable piping bag ,1 bag add in the mixture and other add in the blueberry jam
- Squeeze a small amount cheese cream filling into tart shell , then squeeze little blueberry jam on top
  of it. Last fill up full with the cheese cream filling.
- After fill up 15 tart, squeeze a line or few dot of blueberry jam on top of cheese cream filling , then
   use the toothpick draw the drawing
- Put on the baking tray and bake 15min to 20 min with with 180 °.
