Braised Stuffed Bean Curd (红烧酿豆腐)

Braised Stuffed Bean Curd (红烧酿豆腐), really easy to make and the taste so delicious. Let's see what should prepared. 

Ingredient :
- Square Tofu
- Minced meat
- Flour
- 2 egg
- soy sauce
- Water
- Oyster Sauce
- Starch water

Marinate  the minded meat  :
- 1pcs White egg 
- 1tsp salt
- 1tsp starch
- 2tbsp soy sauce
- 1tsp oil

Instruction :
- Wash the tofu and slice by 4 per piece or by 6 per piece ( Depending how big slice you like)
- Start marinate the minced meat by using white egg, salt, soy sauce ,starch and oil , then mix it well
- Take 2 slide of Tofu and spread some minded meat on top of 1 tofu, then others one cover it .
  ( Just like sandwich , put the minded meat in between 2 tofu.)
- After all the tofu set up,prepared some flour and beat the eggs.
- Take the tofu apply some flour then apply the egg mixture also, then put in the pan for fried. 
- Fried all the tofu then can move them in others pot and arrange nicely.
- Add in Water (Cover half of the Tofu),then continues add soy sauce & oyster sauce and let it boil.
- Then add in the black soy sauce and keep boiling
- Add in the starch water ,boil until the sauce lesser little bit 
- Before serve and add some spring onion on top.
