Salted Egg Yolk Steamed Bun

Some time when go to the Dim Sin  Restaurant, i also order the salted egg yolk steamed bun. When you bite it, the salted egg yolk filling flow out and full mouth of melted  butter salted egg taste. It really good .

Ingredient for Salted Egg Custard Filling:
- 2pcs Salted Egg Yolk
- 50g Butter
- 30g Icing Sugar
- 1tbsp Custard Powder
- 40g Milk Powder
- 20ml Milk

Instruction:
- Steamed the salted egg yolk about 10 min , then smashed it
- Mix all above ingredient and mix it well.
- Pour into a silicon mold ( 12 portion) , then freeze it about 1 hour or until its set 
Ingredient for Bun:
Part A 
- 40g low protein flour/ pau flour
- 1/2 tsp instant yeast
- 40ml water
Part B
- 155g low protein flour / pau flour
- 30g icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp Double action baking powder
- 60ml water
- 10g shortening
- 1/8tsp yellow colouring
Instruction :
- Mix the PART A ingredient and mix it well, then cover it with the food wrapper and let raise about
  30 minutes.
- Take a bowl , add in Flour, double action baking powder and incing sugar , then mix it well
- Then add in the rest ingredient and also add in the PART A mixture.
- Start to knead it until smooth then divided into 12 portion and make it round
- Take out the salted egg filling
- Roll the bun dough into flat shape, thick at the middle and thinner a side
- Put the Salted Egg Yolk filling in the middle and seal it tightly .
- Set it aside and cover with the food wrap for raise 40minitues
- Put in the steamer and steam about 6min , then can be serve.


Previously i was thinking Salted Egg Yolk Steamed Bun hard to make it, but after today, i feel more easy. Just the filling part have to improve. ( Because the taste still there, just the filling not enough full, so can't make the flow out feeling ) . Will make it again .
