Sweet and Sour Pork (咕嚕肉)

Sweet and sour pork is one of the most popular Chinese restaurant dishes ever, but as with most classics. When the time we at restaurant or take away, this dish sure in my 1st list. Besides that, most the kids also like to eat. 

My nieces and nephews also like to eat Sweet and Sour Pork. Last Sunday i prepared this for them. Because they don't like to eat others food. The day before i already start marinate the pork , so it will let the taste more nice.

Ingredient : (6 to 8 person)
- 350 g Pork shoulder 
- 1/2 pcs Red Capsicum 
- 1/2 pcs Yellow Capsicum
- 60g Corn Starch
- 60g Starch
- 2pcs Egg
- 1slice Pineapple 

Sauce :
- 3tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1/6 Salt
- 2tsp Starch
- 1tbsp Water
- 2tbsp Water
- 3tbsp Sugar
- 6tbsp White Vinegar

Marinate for Pork :
- 1tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/6tsp Salt
- 1/2tsp Sugar
- 1/6tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Egg

Instruction for Marinate :
- Clean the pork and cut into 1 inch or 1.5 inch per dices
- All in the marinate ingredient and marinate min 30 min or overnight

Instruction for Fried the pork :
- Take a plate mix the Corn Starch & starch together
- Take a bowl beaten 1/2 pcs egg with another 1 egg
- Cover the pork with the starch mixture
- Dip the pork in the egg mixture then cover pork with the starch mixture again.
- Heat some oil and turn to middle fire and fried the pork about 9 min , then put aside
- Let Fried Pork rest for 5 min, then fried again 2min to 3min (It will be more crispy)

Instruction for Mix the sauce with pork:
- Fried the capsicum , then put aside
- Start Add in the sauce ingredient into pan and cook , by the way taste it until enough taste
- Add in some starch water and let it thick
- Add in the Pork , capsicum and pineapple mix it well with the sauce
- Then can be serve.
