Broccoli Soup & Grilled Salmon

Moody plus lonely day. Make a one portion western food for dinner. Let's start to cook now.

Broccoli Soup
Ingredient :
- Broccoli
- 1/2 pcs Potato
- 1/2 pcs Onion
- 1 pcs Celery
- 1 pcs bay leave
- Whipping Cream

Instruction :
- Cut the potato in cube size and boil together with water.
- Slice the onion and celery then fry it until onion turn to light yellow.
- Then add them into the potato boiling water and add in 1 pcs bay leave.
- Keep boiling under the potato soft then add in the broccoli boil another 2 to 3 min.
- Remove the soup into blender or you can use hand blender to blend to soup. 
  ( Remember take out the bay leave before you blend the soup)
- Blend until it smooth then put back to pot add some salt and pepper for tasty and also the whipping
  cream and can be serve.
- Serving time you can use the whipping cream make some drawing on top of the soup. 

Grilled Salmon
Ingredient :
- Salmon
- Snapea
- Carrot
- Tomato
- Salt , pepper & Garlic powder for seasoning

Instruction :
- Use the kitchen tower absorb out some water from the salmon
- Season it with salt, pepper and garlic powder
- Boil some water to cook the snapea and carrot.
- Start fried the carrot, snapea and the tomato and seasoning with salt and pepper
- Start to grill the salmon until cooked.
- Then can be served.
