Avocado & Egg In A Hole Toast

If you like to avocado with bread, then you can try the avocado & egg in a hole toast.

Ingredients : 
- 1 pcs bread
- 1 pcs egg
- 1/4 avocado 
- Shredded cheese

Instruction : 
- Slice the avocado and keeping the shape of the hole in each slice.
- Take a slice of avocado put on top on bread and measure the hole then cut the hole as the
   avocado shape.
- Put the butter or olive oil into the pan and toast each side of the toast.
- Put the slice avocado into the toast hole then direct crack the egg at the middle of avocado hole. 
- Seasoning it with salt and pepper and cook about 3 to 5 min.
- Add the shredded cheese on top of egg and cover with the lid  and cook until the cheese melted. 
- Garnish with onion or parsley.
