Ingredient :
- 2 pcs square frozen puff pastry and let it slightly thawed
- 2 pcs ham and cut into narrow slices
- Shredded cheese
- 1 pcs egg
Instruction :
- Use a rolling pin to roll the sheet of puff pastry into a rectangle
- Cut the puff pastry into the triangles and place the ham at the wide end of each triangle.
- Starting at the wide end of the triangle, roll the dough towards the pointed end, wrapping
up the ham in the dough as you go.
- Place each croissant on the tray and bake 20 min with 180 ͒ .
