Egg Ham Tomato Prosciutto Tart

Puff Pastry always is a best helper in my kitchen, I always use it to baked breakfast, tea break or dessert. When you search in the internet you can found a lot of recipe. Egg Ham Tomato Prosciutto Tart is the best recipe i love. It can be the best choice of breakfast and tea break.

All the ingredient also easy can find it at our home fridge.
- 2 pcs egg
- 1 pcs Puff Pastry
- 1 pcs ham
- 4 to 5 cherry tomato 
- shredded cheese
- punch thyme

Instruction:
With a paring knife, lightly score a border 1/4 inch from edges. Freeze 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, olive oil, and thyme, and season with salt and pepper.
- Lightly beat 1 large egg and brush border of each pastry square.
- Add the Tomato mixture, and a slice of ham onto puff pastry.
- Bake until tarts are golden brown and tomatoes have softened, around 15 to 20 minutes.
- Carefully crack 1 egg onto pastry and bake until whites are just set and yolks are runny, around 10 min.

It look so delicious.
