Sauteed Vermicelli with Spicy Minced Meat is a classic Si Chuan dish in Chinese Cuisine.
This dish consists of
ground meat, cooked in a sauce and poured over bean thread noodles. It is so
called because the bits of ground meat clinging to the noodles evoke an image
of anys walking on twigs
Ingredient :
- Glass noodles
- Ground meat
- Spring onion (chop)
- Garlic (fine chop)
- Soya Sauce 1.5 tbsp
- Soya Sauce 2tsp (for marinate)
- Pepper
- Salt
Instruction :
- Marinate the ground meat with soya sauce and put aside.
- Boil the hot water and cook glass noodles
- Cook it about 40 second and raise with cold water and drain it put aside.
- Cook the garlic until smell nice then add in the marinated ground meat fried it.
- Add 1.5 tbsp soya sauce cook a while
- Add in water cook it then put in the glass noodle , pepper , salt and spring onion cook until water
absorb by noodle then can be serve.
