Kebab Banjan

I like to watch recipe from Youtube. Because more easy to understand and more reality.
Kebab Banjan this recipe is suddenly loaded when I play Youtube. It sounds like easy to cook, so I started to write down the recipe and look for one day to cook it.

Based on the Youtube video mentioned, Kabab Banjan is a very famous Syria food. I found in google, it also called Eggplant Kebab.

Ingredient:
3 pcs Eggplant
3 pcs Potatoes
2 pcs Capsicum and slice it (Red and Green, each)
½ kg  Ground meat (beef or Lamb)
2 tbsp Tomato paste
1 pcs Onion and slice it
Cumin
Salt
Pepper
Water

Instruction:
- Take out the eggplant skin, but have to leave some purple color skin as well. After slice it put aside.
- Take out the potatoes skin and slice it cube
- Mix the salt, cumin & pepper into the ground meat
- Roll it into roll and cut to small portion. Take each portion start to roll it well
- Heat the pan and start to grill eggplant, potatoes and the meat.
- Start to wrap eggplant, potatoes and the meat together.
- Take a cube of potatoes at bottom; take 2 slices of eggplant and crossover it put on top of potatoes. 
   After that, put the meat In between the eggplant and fold it.Take 1 cube potatoes put on top of it and
   use the toothpick to hold the whole Kebab and arrange it into the oven pan
- Fried the Onion & capsicum together until softens and add in the oven pan together with the kebab
- Boil the water and add in 2 tbsp tomato paste and seasoning it and add into the oven pan.
- Bake it about 35 to 40 min with 180 ͒
