Shakshouka

Shakshouka is one of my flavor breakfast. Normally i'll eat together with bread , if can match with some middle east bread like lavash or pita will be better. 

Shakshouka is a dish of eggs poached in a sauce of tomatoes, chili peppers, onions and spiced with cumin. In its present egg and vegetable-based form it is of Tunisian origin and now popular among many ethnic group of the Middle East and North-Africa. 

The following is the ingredient have to prepare:
Ingredient :
- 1 Medium of Onion and slice it as dice.
- 1 Medium of Capsicum and slice it as dice.
- 2 Medium of Tomato and slice it.
- 2 Cloves Garlic and minced.
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 or 3 pcs eggs
- Fresh ground black pepper 

Instruction :
- Add small amount of olive oil and fried the Onion and cook it around 5 min until the onion going
  to soften. 
- Add in the minced garlic and the capsicum , cook 5 to 7 min until soften.
- Add in Tomato & tomato paste cook until soften, then add in the cumin powder & pinch of  salt.
- Cook it well and add some fresh ground black pepper .Then cook around 10 to 15 min.
- Add in the eggs and cover the pan and cook it 10 to 15 min.   
- Last add some fresh parsley or cilantro.
