Breakfast Recipe with Egg - Carrot Egg Pancake

Today I make the Carrot Egg Pancake. It more like Chinese style (鸡蛋饼).
Just few ingredients have to prepared. 

Ingredients :
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup Flour
- 1/2 pcs carrot
- Salt & Pepper

Instructions :
- Shredded the carrot
- Add the flour into a bowl and add in water keep stir until smooth.
- Crack 2 eggs and mix it well
- Add in the shredded carrot and season with salt and pepper and mix it well
- Heat the pan ,add in olive oil and pour in the mixture cook about 5min
- Then can see serve
