3rd day clean lunch - Honey Lime Chicken
Avocado Salad.
Let's see what have to prepare.
Ingredients
- Mix Vegetable
- Carrot
- Cherry Tomato
- Capsicums
- Celery
- Chicken Breast
- Salt & Pepper
- ½ Avocado
Chicken Marinate
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic (minced)
4 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp chili powder
Salad Dressing
- 4 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Pinch of Salt & Pepper
- 1 tbsp Honey
Instruction:
- Marinate the chicken and put the fridge an hour or overnight.
- Wash and cut all the salad vegetable, carrot, cherry tomato, celery
& capsicums.
- Heat the pan with olive oil and grill the chicken breast.
- Slice the cooked chicken and arrange on top of salad mixture.
- Cut the avocado in dice and on it as well.
- Serve with the dressing mixture.
