Breakfast Recipe with Egg - Egg Muffins

Eggs are the most often ingredient which I use on my breakfast time. It not only provides the protein for you and affordable for each family.
In the coming day, I’ll try to use egg ingredient to prepare the all my breakfast.
Let’s start with the Egg Muffin for the day. Egg muffin is a simple, healthy and delicious breakfast. It so easy to made it and ingredient also depending what flavor you like. It can be bacon, sausage, vegetables, cheese and etc. It also suitable for the kids brings to the school.

Ingredient:
- 5 pcs egg (6 for muffin tray)
- 1/2 pcs capsicum (diced cut)
- 1/2 pcs carrot (diced cut)
- 1 pcs sausage (diced cut)
- 1 pcs ham (small square slice)
- 4 pcs cherry tomato (diced cut)
- Salt & pepper

Instruction:
- Diced cut all the ingredient like capsicum, carrot, cherry tomato & sausage and slice the ham in small slice.
- Crack all the eggs and mix it well and add some salt and pepper as well.
- Mix the entire dry ingredient into the egg mixture and mix it well.
- Apply some olive oil at the muffin tray and pour the mixture
- Bake it with the preheat oven about 15 to 20 min, 180 ͒
