Breakfast Recipe with Egg - Cloud Egg Bread

In my breakfast recipe with egg I started with egg muffin and today I’m cooking the cloud eggs.
Let’s enjoy lightest and fluffiest cloud egg on bread.

Ingredient:
- 2 pcs egg
- Salt & pepper
- any kind of bread

Instruction:
- Crack the egg and separate the eggs whites and egg yolks, placing the egg whites in mixer bowl 
  and the egg yolk remain in the egg shell and put aside.
- Using a whisk or hand mixer beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Season the form with salt and pepper and mix well.
- Place the egg form in the baking sheet with the shape you wish and use the spoon press the center 
  make it like nets.  (It for the last part to hold the egg yolk)
- Bake the egg form about 8 mins to 10 mins with 180.
- After the out the tray and slowly pour the egg yolk in the center of the egg whites form 
  and bake again another 3 mins with 180.
- Serve on top of any bread you like and season it with pepper.
