Roasted Chicken

Last few day spending too much time at outside, today just relax at home and doing some house work and I also feel like want to cook at home.  Let’s cook the roasted chicken.
Let’s check it out what ingredient have to prepared

Ingredient
- Whole chicken
- 1 pcs lemon
- 1 pcs onion ( slice it ) 
- 1 pcs carrot
- 1 pcs potato
- Salt, pepper and olive oil

Instruction 
Part One to butterfly a chicken
- Get a pair of kitchen scissors and get ready to butterfly your first whole chicken.
Place the chicken on a cutting board breast-side-down. 
- Working from the cavity opening up to the neck, cut down each side of the back bone.
- Flip the chicken to another side and take the chicken leg placing out.
- Using the hand palm push the back bone and you can heard the break bone sound.
- After that you can start to clean up the chicken.

Part Two start roasted chicken
- Slice the lemon and paste it to the oven net tray.
- Apply the olive oil to the chicken and rub it well , then seasoning it with the salt and pepper.
- Paste the Chicken on top of the lemon slice.
- Put it into the preheat oven total bake 60min with 180͒ .
  ( Please remember put another oven tray under the net tray, so the chicken oil will drop on that.)
- Boil the water and cook the carrot and potato , after cooked cut both of it.
- Heat the pan fried onion, carrot and potato, then seasoning with the salt and pepper and put aside.
- After the chicken bake 30min, take out the oven tray and add in all the fried vegetable and continues
  bake the leave over 30 min.
