Breakfast Recipe with Egg - Hash Brown Nest Egg Cup

When you look at the picture below, you may not feel it look like Hash Brown Nest Egg Cup. It totally look like a normal egg cup only.It because the muffin cup tray which i using a bit small size. 

Any way the taste still nice. 

Ingredient:

- 1pcs Potato

- Shredded Cheese

- 2pcs Egg

- Salt & Pepper

- Olive Oil

Instruction:

- Shred the potato into the bowl and use the kitchen towel squeeze dry the shred potato

- Add in the shredded cheese & Olive Oil

- Seasoning with salt & pepper and mix it well

- Apply the oil the muffin cup and place in the shred potato. 

- Press the shred potato and make the center like the nest.

- Put in the preheat oven bake 15 to 20 mins with 180͒ 

- After the nest bake out, crack a egg into it and bake again 10 to 12 mins with 180͒
